Get ready for an unforgettable Ex Ed adventure in San Antonio—where music, culture, and Texas-sized fun come together! Known as the Alamo City, San Antonio provides the perfect stage for an inspirational fine arts journey.

As part of the San Antonio Heritage Festival, students will perform in a national music festival alongside talented groups from across the country, receiving constructive feedback from a panel of three expert adjudicators through both recorded and written comments. Each performance is followed by an on-stage clinic with a renowned adjudicator, providing valuable, hands-on insights to help students grow as musicians. The celebration culminates with an awards ceremony, dinner, and dance at the legendary Pedrotti’s Ranch. Beyond the festival, students will also explore the Hopscotch Immersive Art Exhibit—a vibrant, interactive installation found in only two cities nationwide.

This Lone Star adventure also includes a dive into Texas history with visits to The Alamo and the iconic San Antonio River Walk, a day of thrills at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and indulging in the bold local flavors of authentic Texas BBQ and Tex-Mex cuisine.

From captivating performances to cultural discoveries, this trip is the perfect blend of fine arts education and real-world experiences—creating memories your students will carry for a lifetime!

Duration: 4 Days
Cost: $1,899 for registration by 9/15. $1,999 for late registration.
Includes: Airfare from Phoenix, charter bus transportation in San Antonio, room and board, professional guide, team meals and all activities, excursions and fees.
Deposit: $699/person due with registration.
